Neutrogena Skin360 BIPA Settlement

The settlement covers people who completed a Skin360 facial assessment while in Illinois during the class period.

• The assessment must have used a Skin360 mobile or web application.
• The class period is December 9, 2019 through May 5, 2023.
• The notice lists exclusions for the defendant and affiliates, court personnel, counsel, timely opt-outs, and their successors or assigns.

Each valid claimant will receive an equal share of the money left in the .7 million fund after approved deductions. The exact amount is not known yet.

• The payment depends on how many valid claims are filed.
• Administration, attorneys fees and costs, and service payments are paid from the fund.

Submit a Claim Form by November 25, 2026.

• File online through the official settlement website.
• A paper form may be requested and must be postmarked by the deadline.
• The notice does not require supporting documents with the claim.

A timely opt-out gives up settlement benefits but preserves the ability to pursue your own claims.

• Requests must be sent by mail or email by November 10, 2026.
• The request must include the information and statements listed in the notice and your signature.

Class members who remain in the settlement may file a written objection by November 10, 2026.

• The objection must be filed with the Court and served on counsel as described in the notice.
• Objecting is different from opting out and does not automatically remove you from the settlement.

Payments will be made after the settlement becomes final and any appeals are completed. The notice does not give a fixed payment date.

• The final approval hearing is scheduled for December 17, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
• Class members do not have to attend the hearing.

A class member who does nothing will receive no payment and, if the settlement is approved, will be bound by the judgment and release.

• A valid Claim Form is required for payment.
