How Class Action Tracker uses information when you browse the site.

This policy describes browsing and traffic measurement on ClassActionTracker.com. Official settlement websites linked from our pages operate separately and have their own privacy policies.

Traffic and technical information

Our hosting and delivery systems process request information such as IP address, requested page, time, browser information, and referring page when supplied by your browser. We use traffic records to understand site usage, investigate problems, and identify automated or abusive requests. IP-based location estimates may be used to summarize traffic; they are not precise device-location measurements.

Our visitor cookie

The site uses a first-party cookie called __Host-cat_vid, containing a randomly generated browser identifier. It helps distinguish visits and returning browsers in traffic reports. It is not a login credential and does not establish a person's identity.

The cookie is set to expire after 400 days and may be renewed when you visit a page. Your browser's settings and privacy protections can shorten that period. You can delete or block this cookie in your browser settings. Blocking it does not prevent you from reading settlement information, although traffic measurements may become less accurate. Deleting cookies does not delete records already held in server logs.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the public website. It uses cookies and processes information such as pages viewed, referring websites, and browser and device information. Cloudflare and service providers

We use Cloudflare to deliver and protect the website. Cloudflare may process technical request data and provide traffic and performance analytics. Advertising

When ads are displayed, third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on prior visits to this or other websites. Google's advertising cookies allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on those visits. Information you choose to send

If you contact us, we receive the information you provide so we can address your inquiry. The contact form sends your name, email address, subject, and message through Cloudflare to our Gmail inbox. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to check for automated submissions before sending. Contact messages are not stored in the site admin or a site database. Do not send sensitive claim documents, financial account details, or government identifiers. Submit claims only through the official administrator's channels.

Retention and questions

The cookie lifetime above describes storage in your browser, not the retention period of server logs or correspondence. Contact us with questions about information associated with your visit or inquiry. Our contact page explains the appropriate channel; claim and payment questions belong with the settlement administrator.
