- The fare was for the Deux-Montagnes and/or Mascouche line.
- You travelled on one or both of those lines between November 1, 2017, and February 28, 2018.
How much could an eligible non-1-trip fare claimant receive?
The amounts in the tables are maximums, not guaranteed payments. The notice also does not clearly say whether someone who bought both a pass and booklets may claim both types of payment.

- TRAIN/TRAM booklets: the listed maximum ranges from $12.86 to $29 per booklet, depending on the location and fare category. There is a limit of three booklets per Member.

- Complete all required steps by October 20, 2026.
- Eligible Members with valid, timely claims are to be paid within 60 days after that deadline.
- If the available funds cannot cover all valid claims in full, each payment will be reduced proportionally.
What does the notice provide for people who bought 1-trip tickets?
The $75,000 amount is subject to deductions required by law for the Fonds d’aide aux actions collectives.
- 1-trip tickets do not qualify for the direct Member payment described in the eligibility section.
