ZK Technology LLC BIPA Settlement

This settlement concerns allegations about biometric information, such as fingerprints or facial geometry, used for timekeeping. ZK Technology LLC denies the allegations.

• You may be in the Settlement Class if all of these apply:
• - You worked for Alliance Ground International, LLC (AGI).
• - While working in Illinois between September 2020 and August 12, 2026, you scanned your finger or face using AGI’s timekeeping system.
• - Consent was not obtained from you to share your biometric information with ZK Technology LLC.

• Each timely, valid claim is to receive an equal share of the Settlement Fund, subject to a $2,000 maximum.
• The notice estimates a payment of $800 to $2,000, but does not guarantee that amount. The actual amount depends on factors including how many valid claims are filed.
• The $635,160 fund also pays settlement administration, any court-approved lawyers’ fees and costs, and any court-approved service award to the class representative.

A timely, valid Claim Form is required to receive money. The notice does not state that supporting documents are required.

• Submit a Claim Form online through the settlement website, or mail a completed Claim Form to the Settlement Administrator.
• An online claim must be submitted by November 10, 2026. A mailed claim must be postmarked by that date.
• Select either a check or an electronic payment option, such as PayPal, Venmo, or Zelle, on the form.

Filing a valid, timely Claim Form is the only way to receive a payment.

• You will not receive money from this settlement.
• You will still be covered by the Court’s orders and judgments unless you exclude yourself.
• You generally will not be able to start or continue a lawsuit against ZK Technology LLC or other released parties over the claims released by this settlement.

• You may ask to be excluded, also called opting out, by mailing a signed exclusion letter or submitting an exclusion online by October 23, 2026.
• A mailed letter must be postmarked by October 23, 2026. It must include your contact information, the case name and number, a statement that you want to be excluded, and your signature.
• If you opt out, you will not receive a settlement payment. You will not release the claims described in the settlement and may pursue your own claims at your own risk and expense.

The notice gives the mailing addresses for the Court, Class Counsel, and Defendant’s counsel on pages 4 and 5.

• Send a written objection to the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois, and send copies to the Settlement Administrator, Class Counsel, and Defendant’s counsel.
• Your objection and copies must be postmarked by October 23, 2026.
• The objection must provide your contact information, the case name and number, your reasons and supporting material, certain information about class-action objections from the prior four years, and your signature.
• You cannot object if you exclude yourself from the settlement.

If the Court grants final approval and the order becomes final, the notice says payments should be made as soon as possible, approximately 45 days after final approval becomes final. An appeal may delay payment.

• The Final Approval Hearing is scheduled for November 23, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.
• It is scheduled for Courtroom 2601 of the Circuit Court of Cook County, 50 West Washington Street, Chicago, Illinois 60602, and by Zoom using Meeting ID 940 2104 4687 and Passcode 296476.
• You do not have to attend. The Court may change the hearing date, time, or format.
