How do I ask for a payment?

Why might the payment be different from the estimated amount?
The listed amounts are estimates, not guaranteed payments. Booking Class claims are paid from the Booking Settlement Fund, and Browsing Class claims are paid from the Browsing Settlement Fund. Your amount depends on the number of valid claims in the applicable class. Administration costs, court-awarded lawyers’ fees and costs, and any service award also come out of the two funds proportionally.
When and how would payment be sent?
