Saint-Gobain Washington Job Applicant Settlement

The class covers people identified from company records who applied from January 1, 2023 through July 26, 2025 for a Washington job opening with one of the named Saint-Gobain companies, when the posting omitted both a wage scale or salary range and a general description of benefits and other compensation.

The notice's formal class definition and the official FAQ use July 26, 2025. Notice question 5 later says July 26, 2026. Because those official sources conflict, someone whose application falls only in the disputed period should contact Simpluris for clarification.

No claim form is required. An identified class member who stays in the settlement is eligible for an equal-share payment. Make sure Simpluris has your current mailing address. The official site also lets you select an available digital payment method using the Login ID and PIN from the mailed notice by October 8, 2026.

The $1.628 million settlement provides equal shares for participating class members after approved deductions. The official FAQ displayed an estimated $1,271.91 payment on September 13, 2026. That is an estimate, not a guaranteed award.

The notice says an eligible class member who does nothing will receive a payment and remain bound by the settlement. The official FAQ's payment answer similarly says people who do not opt out will receive a mailed payment, but its separate do-nothing answer says no payment. Those statements conflict.

The practical step is to verify your mailing address and payment selection with Simpluris. Contact the administrator if you need confirmation about whether any action is required.

The Court is scheduled to consider final approval on January 15, 2027 at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time. If approval becomes final, payments will be sent after any appeals or other review. The notice does not give a distribution date and says issued payments become void after 180 days.

To leave the settlement and preserve individual rights over the released claims, mail a signed exclusion request that follows notice question 15 and is postmarked by October 8, 2026. Leaving means receiving no settlement payment.

To object while remaining in the class, file a written objection with the Court and mail copies as required by notice question 18 by October 8, 2026. An objection does not remove you from the settlement.
