Credit Suisse RMBS Restitution

This restitution process concerns certain Credit Suisse residential mortgage-backed securities trust certificates. Eligible investors must file a valid claim.   • If you acquired the certificates for someone else’s beneficial interest, or acted as a nominee, act within 14 days after receiving the Notice and Claim Form.
  • Either send the Notice and Claim Form to the beneficial owner, or send the Claims Administrator a list of the known names and addresses of those beneficial owners. If you provide the list, the administrator will send the materials.
