Who is included in the settlement?

• You may be in the Settlement Class if you are a person or entity that successfully received the specified fax on or about February 7, 2020.
• The fax was about a medical-record review involving anti-Parkinson's disease medications and offered a $250 honorarium per eligible patient.
• Certain people and entities connected with the defendants, their immediate family members, and the Court and its officers are excluded.

• Your objection and copies must be postmarked by December 9, 2026.
• It must identify the case and include the information and supporting materials listed in the notice, including your fax number or numbers, detailed grounds for the objection, and information about witnesses, exhibits, and any lawyer who assisted you.
• To have the Court consider it, you must also attend the final approval hearing.

When will the Court consider final approval?

• The hearing is scheduled for January 12, 2027, at 10:00 a.m., in Room 4D of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, Mitchell H. Cohen Building, 4th and Cooper Streets, Camden, New Jersey 08101.
• The Court will consider approval of the settlement and timely, properly filed objections.
• Attendance is not required unless you object. The hearing may be moved without further notice.
