How much will the cash payment be?

• The payment is a pro rata share, meaning the available net fund will be divided among eligible repairs rather than paid at a fixed dollar amount per repair.
• The settlement administrator will first pay approved attorneys’ fees and expenses and administration costs from the $23.9 million fund. That means the notice does not state a final dollar amount for any individual repair.
