Certain Colgate-Palmolive pension plan participants who received lump-sum benefits may receive individualized back payments and future monthly annuity payments under a proposed $332 million settlement.

Who Is Included
Persons who, under Appendices B, C, or D of the Colgate-Palmolive Employee Retirement Income Plan, are entitled to a greater benefit than their Accrued Benefit under Plan Section 1.2, received a lump-sum Plan payment, and are listed on Attachment A to the Settlement Agreement as of August 1, 2025, including qualifying beneficiaries and estates.
