The proposed $2,700,000 settlement resolves claims that Zumba Fitness used third-party tracking pixels on its website in a way that disclosed visitors' information between October 22, 2022 and October 22, 2024. Class members who do nothing still receive a settlement payment if the court grants final approval, so no claim form is needed. Opt-outs and objections are due December 14, 2026 and the final approval hearing is January 21, 2027 at 1:00 pm in the Southern District of Florida; the court has not yet given final approval.

Questions & Answers
Who is included in the settlement?
The notice uses specific record-based criteria. Receiving a notice by email or mail means Zumba’s and certain third-party records indicate that you are a Class Member. If you are unsure, the Settlement Administrator can help confirm whether you are in the Class.
- You must be a natural person in the United States.
- You must have purchased the ZB1 OD Version from the website between October 22, 2022, and October 22, 2024.
- Your first and last name must have appeared on qualifying order-confirmation pages accessible through an order URL held by at least one third-party advertiser.
- You remain in the settlement unless you timely opt out.
How is my payment amount determined?
Every Class Member belongs to at least one of the Meta, Pinterest, or MNTN subclasses. The payment is based on how many of those subclasses you are in, so the shares add together rather than being alternative choices. The amount per share is expected to be at least $229.33, but it could be higher after opt-outs, lower administration costs, or a lower court-approved fee and expense award.
- One subclass: one share.
- Two subclasses: two shares.
- All three subclasses: three shares.
Do I need to file a claim or provide proof to get paid?
If the Court grants final approval, Class Members who stay in the settlement will be paid automatically. The usual payment method is a check sent to the address associated with the notice.
- No claim form is required.
- No supporting documents are required for the automatic payment.
- Do not opt out if you want to remain eligible for the settlement payment.
- You may update your mailing address or choose electronic payment using the settlement website’s web forms.
When could payments be sent?
The hearing is scheduled for January 21, 2027, but the Court must still decide whether to approve the settlement. The notice does not promise a payment date because an appeal could delay distribution.
- If there are no appeals, payments are to be distributed within 60 days after the Court grants final approval.
- If there is an appeal and it does not overturn approval, payments are to be distributed within 60 days after the appellate decision becomes final.
What does opting out do, and how do I do it?
Opting out means leaving the settlement. You will not receive a settlement payment, but you keep any rights you may have to bring your own case against Zumba about the issues in this lawsuit.
- Mail a written Request for Exclusion by first-class U.S. mail to the Settlement Administrator.
- Include the case name and number, your full name, mailing address, email address, personal signature, and a clear statement that you want to be excluded.
- It must be postmarked by December 14, 2026.
How can I object to the settlement?
An objection tells the Court why you think it should not approve part or all of the settlement. It does not remove you from the settlement, so an objector remains eligible for an automatic payment if the Court approves the settlement.
- You may object only if you remain in the Class; people who opt out cannot object.
- Submit a written objection that identifies the case, provides your contact information, and states the factual and legal grounds for your objection.
- File it with the Court or mail it to both the Settlement Administrator and the Clerk of the Court by December 14, 2026.
- If you or your lawyer want to speak at the hearing, also submit a notice of intention to appear by that date.
