Who Is Included

Persons who purchased or acquired Twist common stock in the December 2020 offering under the 2020 Registration Statement and were damaged, and/or purchased or acquired Twist common stock from December 20, 2018 through November 15, 2022 and were damaged. Defendants, specified affiliates, insiders, insurers, benefit plans, related persons, and valid opt-outs are excluded.

Proof required: Claimants must document all requested purchases, acquisitions, sales, and holdings of Twist common stock and provide acceptable broker confirmations, statements, or equivalent records. A timely signed Proof of Claim is required.
