What do I need to submit to ask for a payment?

You must submit a valid, timely Claim Form to seek payment. The notice says you may submit it online or print and mail it to the Claims Administrator.

How will the payment amount be figured out?

How can I object, and can I speak at the hearing?

An objection tells the Court you disagree with the settlement while staying in the Settlement Class. You cannot object if you opt out.
Send a written objection to the Claims Administrator by Monday, November 30, 2026. The notice lists required information, including your contact details, grounds for the objection, supporting papers, and whether you plan to attend the hearing.
To speak at the hearing, you must submit a written objection and file a notice that you intend to appear, unless the Court directs otherwise. The notice says that appearance notice must be provided and filed at least 30 days before the hearing.
