People insured under a Florida automobile policy issued by Star Casualty who, from March 22, 2018 through June 26, 2026, had a first-party claim adjusted as a total loss and settled on an actual-cash-value basis and either did not receive full title and tag transfer fees or had excess storage or towing charges deducted. The notice lists exclusions for specified related parties, fully paid claims without deductions, valid opt-outs, and claims already in appraisal, arbitration, or litigation when the agreement was filed.
