Who Is Included
Living individuals in the United States whose private information was potentially compromised in Southern Graphics' December 2024 data incident, including people mailed notice by Southern Graphics. Southern Graphics and related entities, government entities, the assigned judges and their immediate families and staff are excluded.
- Proof required: Receipts or other third-party records are required for documented losses; self-prepared records alone are insufficient. No documentation is required for the pro rata alternative cash payment or credit monitoring, but a valid Claim Form is required.
