Southern Graphics Data Breach Settlement: Documented Losses or Alternate Cash

You can request two years of credit monitoring together with one cash option: documented incident-related losses up to $3,500, or an alternative cash payment whose amount depends on valid claims. You cannot collect both cash options. A timely, valid claim form is needed.

The loss must result from the data incident and have occurred between December 2, 2024 and November 3, 2026. Examples include identity-theft losses, credit-report or monitoring fees, credit-freeze fees, ID replacement costs and postage to contact banks. Do not claim expenses already reimbursed by another party.

Provide receipts or other reasonable records establishing your expenses. A statement you prepare yourself can explain other records but cannot support the claim on its own. The alternative cash option does not require loss proof or an explanation.

No specific amount appears in the notice or the official claim page reviewed on September 10, 2026 (https://www.southerngraphicsdatasettlement.com/form/claim). The notice says the payment depends on timely, valid claims and that an estimate will be posted on the official site.

The $750,000 fund also pays litigation costs, lawyers and class benefits. Do not treat the whole fund as money reserved for alternative cash payments. The notice does not clearly explain the order of deductions in its short payment formula; ask the administrator about the eventual calculation.

Mail an individually signed opt-out request to the administrator, postmarked by October 19, 2026. Identify Davis, et al. v. Southern Graphics, Inc., Case No. 3:25-cv-563; give your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address; and clearly say you want to opt out. See notice question 15 for the complete requirements.

Opting out means no benefits, but preserves any right you may have to bring your own claim over these issues. Doing nothing instead means no benefits while remaining bound by the settlement release.

File a complete objection with the court clerk by October 19, 2026, and send copies by U.S. mail to the administrator, class counsel and defense counsel. Notice question 16 on pages 8-9 gives the required contents and all addresses, including prior-objection and lawyer information, proposed witnesses, attendance plans and your own signature.

An objection keeps you in the class, so you can still claim benefits. A person who opts out cannot object.

The hearing is scheduled for November 18, 2026 at 1:30 p.m. Eastern Time at the Gene Snyder United States Courthouse, 601 West Broadway, Louisville, Kentucky 40202. Attendance is optional; check the official site for changes. A class member or lawyer may ask permission to speak.

Payment depends on final court approval and resolution of any appeals. The notice gives no distribution date, and the hearing date is not a promised payment date.
