Benefit Summary

Monetary class members may claim up to $500 in ordinary losses, up to $5,000 in extraordinary losses, up to $100 for time, or a $75 alternative cash payment, plus two years of one-bureau credit monitoring with at least $1 million in fraud protection. The injunctive class receives security-related relief only.

Who Is Included

The monetary class includes people in the United States and its territories whose private information OneTouchPoint determined was impacted in the April 2022 incident, plus named plaintiffs. The injunctive-relief class includes people sent notice of potential impact whose impact could not be confirmed. Defendant-related persons and entities and the assigned judiciary and their families and staff are excluded.

  • Proof required: Documentation is required for ordinary and extraordinary losses; time claims require an attestation. No loss documentation is needed for the $75 alternative payment. Online claims use the Claim Number and PIN from the notice.
