Benefit Summary
Class members may claim either a $40 no-proof cash payment or up to $5,000 in documented out-of-pocket losses, plus up to three hours of lost time at $25 per hour. They may also enroll in three years of credit monitoring with $1 million in identity-theft insurance. Cash benefits are subject to a $300,000 aggregate cap and possible pro rata reduction.

Who Is Included
All persons whose private information was accessible because of the Mental Health Association data incident occurring on or around November 28, 2024. The judge and the judge's family and staff, MHA officers and directors, and anyone who perpetrated the incident are excluded.
