Marex Group Securities Settlement

This proposed securities settlement would resolve claims that Marex and two executives made misleading statements about revenue in the company’s Market Making segment. Investors who bought Marex ordinary shares during the class period and were allegedly harmed must file a documented claim to seek a payment.

Marex Group Securities Settlement
Proof Needed New

Claims open Deadline: January 11, 2027

Who qualifies?

You may qualify if you bought Marex ordinary shares on Nasdaq or in another U.S. domestic transaction from November 7, 2024 to August 5, 2025, subject to insider and defendant exclusions. Shares sold before trading opened on August 5 receive no recognized loss.

How much could I receive?

The estimated recovery is $0.03 per eligible share before fees and expenses, not a guaranteed rate. Payments depend on recognized losses and approved claims; no payment is made below $10 or for an overall trading gain under the plan.

Do I need supporting documents?

Yes. Provide brokerage statements or other accepted records documenting the purchases, sales and holdings listed on your claim.

Do I need a notice ID or PIN?

No settlement notice ID or PIN is required. The form still asks for identifying and account information, including the applicable Social Security or taxpayer-identification details.

What is the deadline?

Submit online by 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on January 11, 2027, or postmark a mailed claim by that date.

How do I claim?

Complete the official claim online or by mail and include all required transaction and holding information with supporting records. Use the allocation rules to check whether your trades produce an eligible loss.
