Benefit Summary

Class members may claim two years of one-bureau monitoring plus either up to $2,000 in documented out-of-pocket losses, including up to $100 for attested lost time, or alternative cash of $95 for California subclass members and $45 for others. Loss claims share a $50,000 aggregate cap.

Current and former La Jolla Group employees residing in the United States whose information was impacted by the November 2023 cybersecurity incident. La Jolla Group and its officers and directors, valid opt-outs, assigned judges and their staff and families, and people found criminally responsible for the incident are excluded.

  • Proof required: Third-party records are required for out-of-pocket losses. Lost time requires an attestation but no documents. No documents are required for the $95 or $45 alternative payment or monitoring. Include the Class Member ID if one was provided.
