International Shoppes Data Breach Settlement
International Shoppes and Diplomatic Duty Free Shops agreed to settle claims arising from a November 2023 cyberattack that exposed class members' personal information. Defendants deny wrongdoing, and the court has not decided who is right.
Benefit Summary
Class members may enroll in two years of CyEx Financial Shield Complete with $1 million of fraud insurance and choose either an expected $50 alternative cash payment or reimbursement of documented out-of-pocket losses up to $4,000. Cash benefits are subject to a $500,000 aggregate cap and possible pro rata reduction.

Who Is Included
All United States residents whose personal information was compromised in the International Shoppes data incident discovered in December 2023, including those who received notice. The judge and the judge's family and staff, defendants and their officers, directors, and related companies, and valid opt-outs are excluded.
