Benefit Summary

Class members may choose either up to $2,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses, subject to a $175,000 aggregate cap and possible pro rata reduction, or a $50 payment without documents. They may also claim two years of free CyEx credit monitoring, and Fujifilm is implementing additional security measures.
