Concora Credit agreed to settle claims that it placed artificial or prerecorded voice calls to cellular numbers belonging to people who were not Concora accountholders without prior express consent. The parties settled to avoid litigation risk and expense; the court has not decided the claims.

Who Is Included
People throughout the United States to whom Concora placed or caused an artificial or prerecorded voice call to a cellular telephone number not assigned to a Concora accountholder from May 2, 2021 through May 31, 2026.
- Proof required: People who received a postcard notice may use its Claim Form. Those who did not receive one must request a Claim Form by mail and submit proof of a qualifying artificial or prerecorded call or message to their cellular telephone.
