Class members may claim three years of financial identity monitoring plus either up to $2,500 for documented out-of-pocket losses fairly traceable to the incident or a $50 alternative cash payment without proof.

Who Is Included

Persons whose personally identifiable information was compromised because of Carter Credit Union's data incident beginning on or about June 25, 2025. Carter Credit Union and its officers, directors and related companies, attorneys for the parties, and the judge and the judge's family and staff are excluded.

  • Proof required: Bank statements, receipts, or similar records are required for out-of-pocket losses; self-prepared records alone are insufficient. No proof or explanation is required for the $50 alternative payment, but every benefit requires a valid Claim Form.
