All living United States residents whose personally identifiable information was impacted in the California Casualty data breach discovered in September 2025, including people who received breach notice. The exclusions in the official notice include California Casualty and specified related people and entities, valid opt-outs, the judge and family and staff, and the perpetrator.

  • Proof required: No proof is required for the $50 alternative cash payment. Documentation such as receipts or account statements is required for out-of-pocket loss reimbursement.
