Who Is Included
Natural persons residing in the United States who were provided notice that their personal information was involved in Autobell Car Wash's April 1-7, 2024 data incident. Autobell officers and directors, valid opt-outs, the assigned judge, and persons found criminally responsible for the incident are excluded.
- Proof required: Third-party records such as receipts are required for unreimbursed losses. Time requires a signed sworn statement describing Data-Incident-related time. No documentation is required for the $45 alternative payment, but every benefit requires a valid Claim Form.
